Sea Eagle Stealth Stalker 10 Review: Boat Overview
The Sea Eagle Stealth Stalker 10 is obviously a boat that is built with outdoorsy people in mind. Like the Sea Eagle 375fc FoldCat and the smaller Sea Eagle 285fpb, its hunter green color blends in with the natural surroundings making it a great boat for hunting and fishing.
Fishermen will ultimately be the ones using the Stealth Stalker 10 to its full potential. The STS10’s design allows it to work in a variety of conditions, so a fisherman can use it in bodies of fresh water or in the ocean without problems.
When it comes to fresh water fishing, the Sea Eagle STS10 really shines. Its wide hull and thick surrounding tube allows for great stability and a heavy loading weight for a boat its size. It has a draft of only about 4 inches, which means the Stealth Stalker 10 can get into a lot of places where other boats dare not go.
The Sea Eagle Stealth Stalker 10 is also highly customizable, which gives you lots of flexibility when it comes to adding additional accessories.
The Stealth Stalker 10 is NMMA and CE certified and it comes with a 3 year manufacturing warranty. This obviously shows that Sea Eagle is very serious about producing high quality, long lasting inflatable boats.
The STS10 has a full fabric floor, and it comes with an aluminum H-bar and side struts as well as marine plywood floorboards for hull rigidity. This helps to keep the boat stable if passengers stand up.
The Stealth Stalker 10 also has three carry handles for convenient carrying, four built in Scotty mount pads for easy customization, motor mount receiving brackets, raised oar locks for better rowing, and canopy receiving brackets in case you want a roof over your head.
The Sea Eagle Stealth Stalker 10 features a wide dingy hull configuration, along with wide inflatable tubes (40cm in diameter) that completely surround the interior cockpit. This results in a boat that’s incredibly stable even in rough sea conditions, and the STS10 can handle a heavy load for a boat of its size.
When inflated, the Stealth Stalker 10 measures 121″ x 60″. The interior is 90″ x 28″, which means it’s not huge but can still comfortably carry two adults and a maximum weight of 1199 pounds.
As a frameless boat, the Stealth Stalker is incredibly light. The hull weighs 37 pounds alone when inflated, and 77 pounds with the floorboards and motor mount.
Deflated, the STS10 measures 31″ x 24″ x 12″, which makes the Stealth Stalker 10 ideal for packing into your car trunk with the rest of your gear.
When it comes to safety and durability, the Stealth Stalker 10 delivers. For one thing, this boat features three air chambers (one each at the port side, starboard side, and bow), which means the Stealth Stalker 10 will keep floating in the event of an air leak.
Additionally, the Stealth Stalker 10 sports quadruple overlapped seams — this is one of the strongest ways to fix a tube’s seams together. Seams are usually an inflatable’s Achilles heel, but the rugged Stealth Stalker 10 has been built to last.
The Sea Eagle Stealth Stalker 10 inflates to 3.2 psi and takes about 15 minutes to inflate and assemble fully.
If you’re looking for speed, this isn’t your boat. The biggest motor the Stealth Stalker 10 can handle is a 4hp gas motor with a 34.1cm shaft minimum and a maximum weight of 20kg, or a 74lb thrust electric motor with a minimum shaft of 76.2cm and a maximum weight of 20.4kg. This means the Stealth Stalker 10 is only able to reach maximum speeds of around 5 mph.

What is Sea Eagle’s return policy?
As with all Sea Eagle inflatable boats, You can return the Sea Eagle Stealth Stalker 10 up to 180 days from the time you received the boat. If for some reason you’re not happy with it, just contact Sea Eagle to arrange the return. After the initial 180 days, Sea Eagle will only accept returns in the event of manufacturing faults, which are covered by their 3 year warranty.
Do I have to register my Sea Eagle STS10?
Registration requirements vary from state to state, so it’s best to check with the relevant departments in your area. If you do need to register your boat, you’ll need a Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin and a bill of sale, which you will receive from Sea Eagle.
Does the Stealth Stalker 10 come with an HIN?
Yes, all Sea Eagle boats come with a Hull Identification Number.
Can I take my dog on the boat with me?
You sure can, we do recommend that you keep your dog’s nails trimmed though.
Does the canopy stow forwards and backwards?
It stows in either direction.
Can I inflate my boat with an air compressor?
No, air compressors deliver too much pressure and will over inflate the boat and damage it.
Can I stand and fish from the Stealth Stalker 10?
Yes, you can. The floorboard and the width of the STS10’s beam allows for enough stability to stand. That said, this may be challenging in choppy conditions.
Can I order taller seat posts for my boat’s seats?
Sea Eagle only sells 7″ posts, as they feel it’s the best height to ensure a good center of gravity. It is possible to get taller ones elsewhere.

The Sea Eagle Stealth Stalker 10 is the perfect boat for outdoor sportsmen, be it for use on the ocean or in fresh water. Due to the fact that the Stealth Stalker 10 only needs a few inches of draft water, it can get to all of those hard to reach places where fish love to hide out.
In addition to the great build quality and excellent features for fishermen, we love Sea Eagle’s 3 year warranty and 180 day risk-free trial period. This is the best inflatable boat warranty out there, and it’s also nice to know that Sea Eagle has been in business since the 60’s.
Overall, this is a fantastic little 2 person fishing boat that is super portable and built to last. Highly recommended.
