Inmar 470-MIL Review: Boat Overview
The Inmar 470-MIL isn’t your standard, run-of-the-mill inflatable boat. This boat is not cheap by any means, but you get what you pay for. The 470-MIL has been designed to deliver high-performance and rock solid durability.
If you’re looking for something cheaper and you don’t necessarily need something so rugged, there are plenty of other Inmar boats to choose from. This boat can handle conditions that would leave most other inflatable boats floundering, making it the perfect choice for commercial operators.
Since upgrading the series, Inmar tubes are now made of an extra thick 1.2mm material. Inmar then took things to the next level by adding an additional layer which runs along the bottom of the tube. This increases the tube’s overall thickness to a whopping 3mm.
The Inmar 470-MIL is also extremely safe. In the unlikely event that something causes a puncture, the 470-MIL features 6 separate air chambers which means that the boat will stay afloat.
